Renew is founder-led by Mark Edmondson, with experience across higher education, recruitment, career development and coaching. That mix brings both reflective depth and practical perspective.
Renew brings together experience from career support, mentoring, organisational transition and cross-cultural communication. Sessions are shaped around the individual rather than forced into a rigid formula.
Clients are supported to think clearly, name what matters, and turn reflection into action.
Approaches such as GROW, CLEAR and OSKAR can be used where helpful, but always in a way that fits the person and context.
